Privacy Policy
    
We take your privacy very seriously.  All customer information will be used for internal purposes only.  No information will be given, shared or sold to any outside sources.  E-mail addresses are used only to send you your invoice and to correspond if there are any problems or questions with your order. If YOU want you can add yourself to our Newsletter for updates and specials.  At any time you can take yourself off the list. All orders are shipped in plain packaging.  Our return address says ePed, Inc.  You can feel safe having a shipment sent to your home or work address.  We are committed to shipping your order promptly and discreetly.  Any questions or concerns?  As always, do not hesitate to contact us.



Security
      
This is a secure site.  We implement several security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for the exchange of personal and payment information.  When placing an order, you will notice that our url will change from HTTP to HTTPS, and you may also see a solid key or lock in the lower left-hand corner of your window to indicate security encryption has taken place. Security measures are strictly maintained by our payment/authorization gateway provider Authorize Net.  This means you can safely enter your entire credit card number when prompted by our online purchasing system, and it cannot be read in transit.  Customer personal information is stored behind secured networks and can only be accessed by a very limited number of employees who have special access to secured information. It is much more likely that your credit card number will be stolen off your credit card statements that you throw away in the trash.  However if you're still uneasy about online ordering, you can always order by faxing or mail.




Order Confirmation
    
All invoices are EMAILED to you right after you place an order. If you would like a paper copy please print the one emailed to you.  You will not receive an invoice with your order

We value our customers.  To make sure you receive your merchandise in a timely manner please be sure to make all payments with a credit card that BELONG TO YOU.  If we cannot verify your billing address or the owner of the credit card has no knowledge of the order being placed we will not deliver any merchandise.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  If there is any questions about your order OR your identity we will contact you.  You MUST provide us with the address your credit card statement gets sent to, a valid email address, the phone number your credit card has on file (if you don't want calls, write that in the comments section).  Almost always we will try to contact you by email before we will call you.  We will only contact you if we have a question about your order or your address.



Catalogs
   
  We do not offer catalogs.  We are adding new products so often that it would not be feasible to print a catalog.  If you have a specific question or there is something you would like to see us carry please feel free to Contact Us.

Checks are not accepted from other countries besides the United States.  To pay with a money order, please print out the offline order form and mail your money order with the offline order form to the above address.  Please include a valid email address and your phone.



Fax Your Order
    
We want you to be able to order by whatever means you find comfortable.  You can fax in your order 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  You can bill your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card.  Print out the offline order form and fax (651) 793-4990.



By Mail
    
Print out the offline order form , include your credit card information Card Holder Name, Card Number, Type of Card, Expiration Date, Billing Address (where credit card statement is sent to), and Phone Number must be sent... or else credit card will not be processed and this will delay your order.  Money orders need address, e-mail address, phone number.

International Shipping
 How to place an International order:

We are sorry, we currently have suspended all international ordering.  If you would like us to email you when we start up again please send us an email .



Request no signature
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if you request your package be left without a signature.



Sales Tax
    
We charge required local and state taxes for Minnesota. Luckily, there is no tax on shoes in Minnesota.



Back Orders and Out Of Stock Merchandise
    
In the event that a product you order is on backorder you will be notified by e-mail.  We will try and notify you of the approximate delivery date.  If you do not respond to our e-mail notification we will consider your order to be valid and we will ship your backordered item as soon as it arrive.



Return Policy
    
Please be sure and read and understand the following to help keep our prices low.  The following guidelines were put into place because a few people want to abuse the system.  And, finally, please don't order unless you are certain you can live by these rules.  

  We want you to be totally satisfied with your shoes.  You may request a refund for up to 5 days after you receive your order.  To return an item, you must first contact us by filling out the return form..  We will reply with information as to where to return the item and your RMA#.  We will NOT accept returned merchandise that has not been previously approved...all unapproved returns will be returned to sender at their cost.  We must receive your return within 10 Business Days after we respond with your RMA#. That gives you 2 weeks to get it to us Sorry, shipping costs are not refundable and there is a 15% restocking fee. We recommend that you send your return insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. If YOU damage any item we cannot accept it for a return. Shoes/Boots and shoebox must be in 100% resalable condition. They must be unworn and unscuffed.  When trying them on for the first time do this on carpet so not to scuff up the bottom of the shoes.  Please read our tips on getting the right size if you are unsure. When returning an item, the United States Postal Service will provide a free box if you ship it Priority Mail.  6% of the total will be charged for cancelled orders.

*Please, be sure of your size before ordering to keep from ruining merchandise and having to pay duplicate shipping charges. 

**We do our best to convey the color to you, please try to avoid ordering multiple of the same shoe in different colors just to see the color.  You will be charge a restocking fee.



Exchange Policy
Your Satisfaction is important to us. You may request an exchange for up to 5 days after you receive your order. To exchange an item, you must fill out the exchange form. Our customer service department will contact you to begin processing your exchange as soon as possible. We will reply with information as to where to send the item and your RMA#. We will not accept exchange merchandise that has not been previously approved... all unapproved exchanges will be returned to sender at their cost. You must write your RMA# on the outside of your package. We must receive your exchange within 10 Business Days after we respond with your RMA#. That gives you 2 weeks to get it to us Sorry, shipping costs are not refundable and you will have to pay the return shipping cost of the new pair.  Click here for shipping cost.  If there is a difference for the new pair that you have selected you will be refunded/charged that amount.  We recommend that you send your exchange insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. If YOU damage any item we cannot accept it for an exchange. Shoes/Boots must be in 100% resalable condition as well as the shoe box.




Damaged Shipments
    
We make every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, please keep the original shipping carton and take the following steps if there appears to be shipping damage:

1).  Contact us as soon as possible.

2).  Request that the shipping company return the merchandise to address listed on the package.  Do not return the merchandise yourself,  as this may delay your reorder or ability to get a refund.
