Q: How do I receive an All
High Heel Shoes Catalog?
A:
We apologize, but we do not have a printed catalog to send out
because we are constantly adding new shoes and boots.
Q: Can you plain wrap my package?
A: We use plain brown boxes for mailing. We use UPS for
most of our deliveries. The return address label say
"ePed, Inc"

Q: What name will appear on
my credit card statement?
A: ePed Inc. That is the name of the company that
owns All High Heel Shoes.

Q: I have wide feet. Do
you have any shoes for me?
A: We carry a few, click
here to see them, but currently the majority of our shoes are
medium width.

Q: How do I know what size
shoe I wear?
A: The Size Conversion Chart can help you when you are
converting sizes. Most our shoes run pretty true to size.
When the heel height is over 5 inches we recommend one size larger
than normal. Our shoes are medium width. If the shoes
are too big you can put tissue or a cotton ball in the toe or tighten the strap.
If they are too small they will hurt and you will be very
unsatisfied. No two shoe manufactures make shoes that fit
exactly the same. Also, two people who wear a size 7 can
have totally different kind of feet. Width and shape can
vary. Even your two feet can be different from one
another. Our chart reflects the average measurements and
size conversions of most of the manufactures we work with.
Our chart is not exact for every item we sell, but it will give
you a good estimate. At this time we do not have wide width
shoes. If you are unsure of what size you should order
please e-mail us and we will try and help you figure out what size
to order.

Q: What is P.U.?
A: P.U. Stands for Polyurethane. Polyurethane is a
man made material. Uses include: resistant coatings
and electrical insulation. We use the material to make
shoes. We can make shoes that look like and feel like real leather
at a lesser cost.

Q: What if I don't like
the shoes when I get them or they don't fit, can I return them?
A: Absolutely! We want you to be totally
satisfied with your shoes. You may request a refund for up
to 5 days after you receive your order. To return an item,
you must first contact us by email. We will reply with
information as to where to return the item and your RMA#. We
will NOT accept returned merchandise that has not been previously
approved...all unapproved returns will be returned to sender at
their cost. We must receive your return within 10 Business Days after
we respond with your RMA#. That gives you 2 weeks to get it to us
Sorry, shipping costs are not refundable and there is a 15%
restocking fee. We recommend that you send your return insured. We
are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. If YOU damage
any item we cannot accept it for a return. Shoes/Boots and shoebox
must be in 100% resalable condition. They must be
unworn and unscuffed. When trying
them on for the first time do this on carpet so not to scuff up
the bottom of the shoes. Please read our tips on getting the
right size if you are unsure. When
returning an item, the United States Postal Service will provide a
free box if you ship it Priority Mail. 6% of the total will be charged for cancelled orders.

Order processing time includes credit verification and time to
pick and pack your order. If the merchandise is in stock, your
order should leave our warehouse in 1-3 days. If the merchandise
is on backorder it may take additional time. Most of
the year products are shipped out of the warehouse within 1

longer. These times are only an estimate.

Q: How do I walk in high heels?
A: To look graceful when walking high heels, take small
steps. Do not take a long stride as you walk. It is
also important to come down on the ball of your foot when you
step. Do not walk on your heels, walk on you toes.
Even though our heels are reinforced, putting your body weight
directly on the heels may cause problems. If it is your
first pair of high heels we suggest you start with a low heel and
work your way up. Practice at home. Remember, spiked
heels can dent some linoleum floors. Beware of walking on high
carpet, the carpet is uneven and makes it hard to balance.
Q: Is it harder to go from a
2 inch heel to walking in a 6 inch heel?
A: YES! There is a big difference in the way you
carry yourself. Practice at home. Once you master the
art, you will never forget how.

Q: What if the strap is too
long or short?
A: If the strap is too short, we are sorry. We try
to create a universal length that will work for everyone. We
do not have different size straps available. There is a
possibility that your local shoe repair could insert a piece of
elastic. If the strap is too long, that is easy.
Simply place the strap on a piece of wood (finished side down).
With a small nail, use a hammer to punch as many new openings as
you need. Then cut the excess length off and seal the edge
with super glue (it will dry clear).

Q: There is a small spot of
glue on my shoe, how do I get it off?
A: Ordinary lighter fluid applied to a soft clean white
rag will remove the glue. Just use a small amount at a time.

Q: My heel taps wear out so
fast!
A: Most shoe manufacturers now use a plastic heel tap.
The plastic does not last as long as rubber taps. You can
take it to your local shoe repair and they can put rubber ones on
for a small fee.

Q: I live outside the U.S.,
How long will it take to get my order?
A: We are sorry, we currently have suspended all
international ordering. If you would like us to email you
when we start up again please send
us an email .

Q: Can you deliver to my APO/FPO
or P.O. Box address?
A: No,
if you are attempting to have products delivered to an APO/FPO or
P.O. Box address, please be aware that our carrier, UPS, does not
ship to these addresses. As an alternative for APO/FPO addresses,
you may have your order shipped to a non-APO/FPO address within
the United States and then have the package forwarded to your
APO/FPO address via a different carrier.

Q: Do you send order C.O.D.?
A: NO, we do not send any orders that have not been paid for.
We only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and
Money Orders.

Q: Is there a difference
between Patent, PVC, and Leather materials?
A: Patent material has a very shiny finish. PVC is
man made material that looks like leather, but, is less expensive.
It feels different than leather and looks more like patent
leather. Leather is the highest quality (and expensive)
material and it has a texture pattern. It is very
comfortable and stretches to your size after wearing it awhile.
Q: Will PVC Stretch?
A: It will stretch but not as much or as quickly as
leather.

Q: How can I make a purchase
if I don't have a credit card?
A: You can pay by Money Order. There is a 7 business day holding time while the Money Order clears the bank.

Q: How do you convert a man's
shoe size to a ladies shoe size?
A: Shoes fit differently. Our best rule of thumb
is two size increases. A man's size 11D converts to a
woman's size 13 M. You might have to adjust from there based
on the width of your foot. All our shoes are women's medium
width only. Check out our size chart for assistance.

Q: Are the shoes going to
match my outfit?
A: Describing a color is very difficult. We try to
make our images as color accurate as possible. There is no
right or wrongs in fashion, if it makes you feel good, then it is
right. If you are really worried about the color matching go
with a black, silver, clear, or white.

* If you have any questions not
listed please e-mail us and we will get back to you as soon as
possible.
