Unlike other
retailers that charge you over and above the real shipping cost, All
High Heel Shoes
is committed to offering you the most value for your dollar. That's
why you'll get UPS Ground Shipping within the 48 contiguous United
States for all your needs. (International orders
incur an additional charge.)
All in stock orders should
arrive within 7-10 business days. But please, allow up to 3
weeks for delivery. Shipping charges in the United States are
determined by the order amount. All orders have a base fee of
$7 that will be charged and 4% of the sale price. If you would
like an e-mail when your order ships please specify in the comments
field on the order form. Orders shipped to locations that
charge a higher shipping rate will be charged the additional
shipping amount. (ex. rural routes) In most cases we do not
know this until after your item has been shipped.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped 1 or 2 day air.
(UPS doesn't do ground shipments to these states)
UPS GROUND (usually ships within
48-72 hours M-F) $7 Plus 4% of total.
3DAY AIR- Add $6 to Reg. Shipping
Price (usually ships w/in 24hrs M-F)
2DAY AIR- Add $14 to Reg. Shipping
Price (usually ships w/in 24hrs M-F)
1DAY AIR- Add $25 to Reg. Shipping
Price (usually ships w/in 24hrs M-F, can only be shipped to billing
address)
Deliveries to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO
address take approximately an additional 1 to 2 week(s) to be
shipped out. To have your package shipped to one of these
addresses it MUST be the address that your credit card statement
gets sent to. Faster shipping options are not available for
these addresses.
* We cannot guarantee delivery to, Foreign Countries, and we are not
responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Alaska
& Hawaii
Do to the geographical
location of these states, we have to charge a minimum of 2 day air.
All orders to Alaska and Hawaii will automatically be charged a
minimum of:
2DAY AIR- Add $14 to Reg. Shipping Price (usually ships w/in
24hrs M-F)
International
Shipping
How to place an International order:
1.) Fax us a copy of your
actual Credit Card.
2.) Fax us your signature.
3.) Fax us the 3 digit number on the back of your credit card
(where your signature goes).
4.) Fax us a copy of your credit card statement showing your
address.
5.) Fax us a copy of your Drivers License or ID card showing
your address.
6.) Email or fax what you would like (color, size and
quantity).
7.) Email or fax us your address, phone number, email address.
All International orders must be
faxed in. We do not accept International order through our
website. International orders MUST have a valid e-mail address
and can only be shipped to your billing address on your credit card
statement. We will call your credit card company to verify
this. If an e-mail address is not given we will void
your order. International orders will be charged actual
shipping amount. Please email us before placing an
international order if you would like a quote on the shipping
amount. If not we will just charge you the extra shipping
amount. In most cases you will see 2 charges on your credit
card statement. 1 for the shoes the other for the extra
shipping amount. Unless otherwise specified your order will be
shipped United States Postal Service Air Mail. We
are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or merchandise not
received.
Request no
signature
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if you
request your package be left without a signature.
