Return Policy
Please
be sure and read and understand the following to help keep our
prices low. The following guidelines were put into place because
a few people want to abuse the system. And, finally, please
don't order unless you are certain you can live by these rules.
When you receive your order, make sure that you open and
thoroughly inspect it for any manufacturing defects or shipping
damage. If there is you must email us with 1 business day to
let us know.
We want you to be totally
satisfied with your shoes. You may request a refund for up
to 5 days after you receive your order. To return an
item, you must first fill out the return
form. Our customer service department will email
you back within 96 hours. We will email you all the information
you need as to where to return the item and your RMA#. We will NOT accept returned merchandise that has not
been previously approved...all unapproved returns will be returned
to sender at their cost OR you will be charged a 30% restocking
fee. This is our choice. We must receive your return within 10
Business Days after we respond with your RMA#. That gives you
2 weeks to get it to us Sorry, shipping costs are not refundable. We recommend that you send your
return insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen
merchandise. If YOU damage any item we cannot accept it for a
return. Shoes/Boots and shoebox must be in 100% resalable
condition. Do not put tape on the shoe/boot box or write on
it. You will be charged $5 for a damaged shoe box and $10
for a damaged boot box. They must be unworn and unscuffed. When trying
them on for the first time do this on carpet so not to scuff up
the bottom of the shoes. Please read our tips on getting the
right size if you are unsure. 6% of the total will be charged for
cancelled orders. Once a credit is done it can take
up to 2 months to show up on your credit card statement.
Once we do the credit the amount of time till you receive your
credit is up to your credit card company. Credits are done
once a week.
*Please, be sure of your size before ordering to keep from ruining
merchandise and having to pay duplicate shipping charges.
**We do our best to convey the color to you, please try to avoid
ordering multiple of the same shoe in different colors just to see
the color. You will be charge a restocking fee..
Exchange Policy
Your Satisfaction is important to us. You may
request an exchange for up to 5 days after you receive your order.
To exchange an item, you must fill out the exchange
form. Our customer
service department will contact you to begin processing your
exchange as soon as possible. We will reply with information as to
where to send the item and your RMA#. We will not accept exchange
merchandise that has not been previously approved... all
unapproved exchanges will be returned to sender at their cost. You
must write your RMA# on the outside of your package. We must
receive your exchange within 10 Business Days after we respond
with your RMA#. That gives you 2 weeks to get it to us Sorry,
shipping costs are not refundable and you will have to pay the
return shipping cost of the new pair.

If there is a difference for the new pair that you have
selected you will be refunded/charged that amount.
We recommend that you send your exchange insured. We are

Damaged Shipments
All of our footwear is first
quality. If, for any reason, you receive footwear that is either
damaged or defective, we will deliver a new pair immediately. Of
course, there is no restocking fee for returns of footwear that is
damaged or defective. We make every effort to prevent
shipping damage, however, please keep the original shipping carton
and take the following steps if there appears to be shipping
damage:
1). Contact us as soon as possible.
2). Request
that the shipping company return the merchandise to address listed
on the package. Do not return the merchandise yourself,
as this may delay your reorder or credit.
Back Orders
& Discontinued
In rare instances, a
color or size may be out of stock, back-order or discontinued. In
any of these events
you will be notified by e-mail. We will try and notify you
of the approximate delivery date. If you do not respond to
our e-mail notification we will consider your order to be valid
and we will ship your backordered item as soon as it arrive.
