Amazon Returns & Exchanges 

RETURNS:
You have up to 30 day from the day you receive your order to request a RMA #. The shoes/boots and the box must be in 100% resellable (new) condition. Do not write on or tape anything to shoe box. All package that do not have an RMA# written on them will be refused. Sorry shipping charges are non refundable.

Please note Returns are processed every Tuesday. We will tell Amazon to credit your card after your return has been processed. How long before it shows up on your statement or in your account is up to your credit card company/bank and Amazon, this can take 4-8 weeks.

EXCHANGES:
Due to Amazon’s policy we are unable to charge your card so please place another order for the item you would like to exchange for. Or you can send a check or money order with your Return pair for $7.95 for the return shipping fee and any additional money if the shoes are a different price. If you do this please enclose a note stating what shoes (color and size too) that you would like to exchange for.
